Since it was a snow day today, I chose to make Cookies 'n Cream Peanut Butter with the ModCloth Blog recipe. What was left - a lot of crushed oreos and white chocolate chips. (I foolishly crushed 20 oreos before realizing I only had about one cup of peanut butter.) I never knew how pretty white chocolate chips are...they are now my desktop background. Yum.
