Here are the better pictures of the necklace, as promised. Also shown are some photos I liked that I took today. The tulips were given to us from my Chinese teacher, and the Coca Cola bottles were solely bought for their awesome look. Talk about marketing technique.

The Cookies 'n Cream Peanut Butter Experiment

Since it was a snow day today, I chose to make Cookies 'n Cream Peanut Butter with the ModCloth Blog recipe. What was left - a lot of crushed oreos and white chocolate chips. (I foolishly crushed 20 oreos before realizing I only had about one cup of peanut butter.)

I never knew how pretty white chocolate chips are...they are now my desktop background. Yum.

Vintage Presents and Tomatillos

As a belated birthday present while visiting my "cousin's" to-die-for house in Brooklyn, NY I got this set of vintage Victorian calling cards, these beads, and two bracelets (which I didn't bother to photograph). I love them all so much and wish so badly that I could've gone shopping with the moms when they went. I know why I couldn't...but still.

Anyways, on a completely different note, I felt I had to show off the lovely tomatillo (at least I think that's what it is) growing on my lovely tomatillo plant that I got on Focus Day last year. And the real reason for these photographs is that I was so excited when I found out that I had another fruit forming (shown below...yay!!). I can't even imagine eating them. They look so weird.

Cosmetic Photographs and Advertisements

I took these pictures when I was bored before bedtime over thanksgiving break - I only collaged them into their full advertisement-ness yesterday. Admire their beauty! (The Loreal carbon black Pencil Perfect one is the best - the others are basically compilations of random cool pictures.) Round of applause for Picasa's glow, warmify, and sepia effects. Without them you would have seen the full (beauty) of pictures at night with overhead lights.
